  • Do you make collage prints on canvas or frames?

    Yes. We’ve added to our range of personalised prints with stunning collage prints on canvas and high quality framed collage prints. We offer bespoke collage designs for something really unique or you can quickly order and fast collage using our ready to go collage layouts on our website.

  • Do collage prints take longer to despatch?

    Sometimes. It depends on the type of collage print you want to order. Collage prints based on an existing template would typically despatch on our standard lead times. Custom collages can take longer if we have to amend the layout. For those products, our standard lead times apply from the point of approval of the collage design.

  • What sizes are available for Bespoke Collage Frames?

    All of our standard frames sizes are available for bespoke collage frames, starting from 30x20cm up to 60x40cm. You can also request a larger size which we can order in for you but this will take 2-3 weeks longer to arrange.

  • I want a different type of collage print. Can you help?

    Yes. We're happy to discuss one off collage designs or projects that don't fit into our standard product types. We'll quote you in advance once we understand your requirements.

  • I want to use more images in my collage in a bigger frame. Is this possible?

    Yes, no problem. We can take as many images as you want to use in your collage but our general advice is that less is more when it comes to collage layouts. The more images you use, the smaller they all have to be and this can lead to a cramped collage design. We're happy to advise and discuss.

    We can also order a larger frame size but this will take longer (usally a few weeks) and will incur additional charges. We can quote in advance once we know your preferred collage frame size.

  • Will you check my file quality before printing it?

    Yes. If you’re unsure about your file’s quality, email it to us for a quick assessment. We ensure only high-quality prints are produced and will contact you if your file requires adjustment.

  • Can I collect my photo printing order?

    No, collection is not available and all orders will ship with our couriers.

  • I need an urgent print? Can you do a fast turnaround?

    Yes. All our prints are delivered free of charge in the UK and are available for express despatch if you need them in a hurry. We also offer very affordable worldwide shipping.

  • I have a hard deadline for my print. Can you guarantee delivery?

    No. Unfortunately we are unable to ever guarantee delivery by a particular date and this includes birthdays and Christmas. Please ensure you order with lots of time to spare to cope with unexpected delays in the postal system.

  • Do you offer discounts on canvas prints and framed prints?

    We offer a 10% discount on your first order when you join our mailing list. In addition, we send regular montly discounts to subscribers of our list for canvas prints, framed prints, wood photo blocks and our complete range of travel posters. These discounts are entirely exclusive to our mailing list and we don't publicise them on social media or on our website. Stay subscribed for these great discounts of up to 20% off.
