  • How long does it take for a Bespoke Collage?

    Our bespoke collage designs take a little longer due to the design and approval process. Typically this adds a few days to the lead time. After you place your order, it usually takes about 3 days for the initial design and after that, it depends on how many amends are required.

  • How many images do your suggest for a Bespoke Canvas Collage?

    You can upload a maximum of 20 images on our website but we typically find that the ideal number of images is between 10 and 15. Be aware that the more images you use, the smaller each photo will be and designs with over 15 images can look a little too busy. Less is more is often the best approach with your bespoke collage design.

  • Can I see a Bespoke Collage design before I order?

    This is not possible due to the time required for the design process. Orders need to be placed before work commences. However, rest assured that you have unlimited amends and can swap images around or even replace images once you have seen your design.

  • I want a different type of collage print. Can you help?

    Yes. We're happy to discuss one off collage designs or projects that don't fit into our standard product types. We'll quote you in advance once we understand your requirements.

  • Will you check my file quality before printing it?

    Yes. If you’re unsure about your file’s quality, email it to us for a quick assessment. We ensure only high-quality prints are produced and will contact you if your file requires adjustment.

  • Can I collect my photo printing order?

    No, collection is not available and all orders will ship with our couriers.

  • I need an urgent print? Can you do a fast turnaround?

    Yes. All our prints are delivered free of charge in the UK and are available for express despatch if you need them in a hurry. We also offer very affordable worldwide shipping.

  • I have a hard deadline for my print. Can you guarantee delivery?

    No. Unfortunately we are unable to ever guarantee delivery by a particular date and this includes birthdays and Christmas. Please ensure you order with lots of time to spare to cope with unexpected delays in the postal system.

  • Do you offer discounts on canvas prints and framed prints?

    We offer a 10% discount on your first order when you join our mailing list. In addition, we send regular montly discounts to subscribers of our list for canvas prints, framed prints, wood photo blocks and our complete range of travel posters. These discounts are entirely exclusive to our mailing list and we don't publicise them on social media or on our website. Stay subscribed for these great discounts of up to 20% off.
