  • What sizes are photo grid frames?

    Photo Grid Frames come in three standard sizes:

    20x20cm print sizes in 34x34cm frame
    30x30cm print size in 44x44cm frame
    40x40cm print sizes in 54x54cm frame

    The size of each image will vary depending on how many images you add to your print.

    You can request bigger sizes. This will increase the lead time as we will need to order in your frame. Allow an extra 14 days.

  • My images are being cropped incorrectly

    Make sure your files are suitable for cropping to square. All the images for a photo grid frame must be capable of being cropped to square. If you're finding key details of an image are being left out, replace it with a more suitable photo.

  • How long does it take for my framed print order to despatch?

    We have three service level options for despatch of our framed prints. Our free despatch takes about 7 days. You can pay €10 for a faster despatch which takes about 5 days. And for really urgent orders, you can pay €50 to skip the queue entirely and get despatch in 2-3 days.

    Please note that transit time is not included in any of these options as this will vary greatly depending on your location. All of our despatch lead times are based on the amount of time your order will take to move through our production process.

  • Do you offer gift notes or gift wrapping for your prints?

    You can add a gift note to your order at checkout. We will print this note and add it to a nice gift tag with your print. We don't offer gift wrapping but your order will be nicely and safely packed and does not ship with any type of invoice or receipt.

  • Do you ship your prints internationally?

    Yes we ship all our prints throughout the EU, UK, US, Canada and NZ/Australia. You can request prices for other destinations.

  • Do you use glass in your framed prints?

    We use a shatter proof acrylic type glaze with our framed prints. Regular picture glass is unsafe to work with, adds to the weight for shipping and breaks too easily in transit. Our shatter proof glaze is much safer and easier to ship.

  • I have more questions about your prints. How do I get in touch?

  • I have a hard deadline for my print. Can you guarantee delivery?
    No. Unfortunately we are unable to ever guarantee delivery by a particular date and this includes birthdays and Christmas. Please ensure you order with lots of time to spare to cope with unexpected delays in the postal system.
